Just installed the 112 slant bags from leatherworks and easybrackets on my 04 TBA. Birthday and Christmas in the same season! Everything fit flawlessly. Adding the pillon pad helped the appearance. Now, if I can just get my leg over the bike and bags...........Nice fit and finish.

I just got a Bikers Friend bag, it acts as a backrest with lumbar support, it was a little cheaper that the Triumph bags, had the added features and will do what I need it to do (i.e., hold my helmet)

Does the bag give support if it is not packed? What size did you get and how far forward does it sit ( can you really get support for your back)?

Yes, if you go to the web site it will give you all that info. It has a hard inner shell, so even with nothing in it, it provides support. I got a large, and I have taken off the passenger pillon, put a seat rail and luggage rack. It looks great, and can be adjusted by moving the bungees or the zip ties for your own comfort.

As you can tell, I'm really sold on them!

I have heard of guys making their own bags like Faye has...by buying a sono-tube (for concrete forms) & covering it with vinyl or whatever

The XL Biker's Friend on the Rocket III. Good quality, great support, and yes it holds a full face helmet.

Are there hard bags available for a BA form any aftermarket sources? The Biker's Friend is a nice option though.
