I was stationed in Shefford, Bedfordshire, in the early '80s.
My buddies and I would go out to the local, and try as many different beers as possible, rating each brew as we went.
In 2 years, we tried over 300 beers: Newcastle Brown was my personal favorite, hands down. It's the only beer, to me, that tastes good with food (exception: pizza&beer is
always good ).
Buy it by the 12-pack, Jack, the price is better.
