OK guys and gals flame away, but I honestly think the New Castle Brown Ale is over-rated. It's not bad mind you, but not $8.50 a 6-pack good.
When not brewing my own or up to paying retail for Ireland's finest contribution to world harmony (Guinness)......
Try a $5.40 6-pack of Yuengling's Porter. I can't recommend their lagers, but the Porter is surprising.
If you like Newcastle, trust me on this one ......
