When I took it (almost two years ago now) There were a couple of people that didnt pass. One was a schoolteacher who needed the endorsement to be able to ride his scooter to work. There was one peron that never showed up for day 2.
The instructors were cool BUT not too cool. No mercy for anyone and everyone was treated equal.

Im glad I took the course.
