William, you stated that you were shown the dyno run chart. Do you have a copy with the fuel/air ratio you can scan and post for us?
You also stated that you are at 6000ft elevation? That will allow you to run a couple of points leaner on your jets and take some power away. Might be part of the reason your horsepower seems a bit low.
