Photo Post is down right now, you need a free photobucket.com account or one of a number of others. I use Photobucket because it's easy once you upload the pic just copy the direct link and paste it in the UBB code window that open when you click "image" under "instant UBB code" on the screen you go to if you check the box that says preview reply next to where you type to post.
