Lately it seems like my arm is getting tired from presenting all sorts ID's for the most mundane of reasons for almost any transaction. I guess it's because of the post 911 world we live in and the illegal imigration problem.

Yesterday I went to pick up three presciptions from the drive through Pharmacy that I have been frequenting very often for about a year.

The lady at the window ask me for my Drivers License after I had already given her my credit card to pay. Then she ask me for my address. After I got my medicine I realized that only two of the three prescriptions were in the bag. I went through the drive through McDonalds next door and went back to the Pharmacy, told her I needed the other medication.
She recognized me as I had only been gone for about 5 minutes.

Before giving it to me she AGAIN ask for my address!! I told her that I hadn't moved from where I lived in the last 5 minutes. She stated to me it was their policy to ask each time. So I had to spout off my address again for her. This kind of thing drives me absolutely CRAZY!!

2003 Speedmaster I won't rise to the occasion, but I'll slide over to it.

And to add to that.

If and when i get asked to show my license, which isnt very often, but when i do. My license has my old address, where i havent lived for three years, the license date on the front has expired, you have to look on the back for the new experation date (but they never ask to see the back), AND, the photo is 14 years old. I had long hair and was about 25 pounds lighter when it was taken.

Heck, i dont even recognize the person on my license.
