One of the things I do at work is interview people. Today I am talking to one who stuck out in the crowd. Going through my normal questions and I ask him to tell me something positive about himself,he pauses for a moment and says "Chicks dig me and I really know how to party". Now I sit for a moment waiting for him to laugh at his joke,He wasnt joking. So keeping a straight face I ask for something negative. His line is "Im flat broke" Shocking I think. I then as for his long term goal. He says he wants to get married someday maybe. I then say well seeing that chicks dig you then that shouldnt be a problem. His next line was well I did have to show one of my "chicks" the street the other day so it may take a little longer maybe I will marry two??? OH MY GOD 10 million unemployed people and I cant fill 3 freaking jobs!!!!!!

He sounds like a harassment lawsuit just waiting to happen!! I swear some of these folks just want to prove that they are "looking" for work . . . he'd probably faint if you extended an offer!
I would be unstoppable if not for law enforcement and physics.

 your situation is sooooo familiar...... i hate the interview process,,,i had a "kid" tell me once, the reason he left his last job is that the boss frowned at him and the office secretary once laughed at his belt....i did not hire the lad.....needless to say....this world is full of them !!!!!!!!!

I use to deal with entry level help and it was a nightmare. It is difficult to find people who are employable and it is not really a matter of pay. It is no wonder we need immigrants to get things done. If we run out all of the immigrants we will have to use robots to cook (restaurants) and clean (motels).
