Ok guys and gals I'm sending the first ever Bonneville America traveling journal out there by Pony Express,i.e. Triumph motorcycle. It's first stop will be to Bikerbob up in southeast Michigan.I'll be riding over there after work on Tuseday.Looking forward to meeting with a fellow BA.com guy. He'll want to move it on east in the near future so watch these pages for further details.

And the journey begins . . . Hope to be of assistance!

This experiment will only work if people will take the time to meet up with a fellow member to pass on the journal. We're in know hurry but I hope that it makes steady progress across the country.

No,Ed their is no specific plan just a general easterly route to the area around Dog33 then up and over to Dinqua, then down to Chy in Georga on to Florida Across to Texas out to California up to the people in Washington state across the northern plains to Wisconsin through Chicago and back to me in Indiana. This is how I see it in my head but the journal will take on a life of its own and go where it will. This is part of the fun of following its prosesse.

bigjack: Nice job on the chrome trim around the tank and fenders, your bike looks great. I'm in, whether it be hooking up with Chy to cross the 'bama line or taking it south toward the FL panhandle...

OldRoadie,
We are so (relatively) concentrated in the southeast that we are going to have to work out what to do around here to keep it interesting. I would be willing to take it down in the Fl, or even north (Tenn, KY, WV) or east out into the Carolina's.

Well before you head it south from NY don,t forget the rest of the North East. Heck if Pat rides East and I ride west we can meet in Vermont. I can then get it to NH. We got a few members up there.
My mind and body are still out of tune
I hope they run into each other real soon "
