I do, most of the time.

And for all those who disagree I find it concentrates my mind. It may be my classical music and orchestral training, I dunno, as with that we have to be able to listen to about 4 things at once, look at the music and the conductor, and remember what my hands are supposed to be doing...all at the same time!

At the mo, I'm listening to the first INXS album with JD Fortune on it, but I've just downloaded the new Def Leppard album...so that'll be on on the way to work, and at work!

And even with my Davida Lid, it cuts enough noise out for me to not have the volume more than half volume, and I still hear the sirens of emergency vehicles. And the bike.
