Elderly Lady: Hello, I'm trying to find something for my 16 year old Grandson. He doesn't really like reading but he does like Pratchett.
Staff member: What about Rankin?
Elderly lady: Well, I suppose that might keep him quiet for a while but I'm really after a book.
