Dodge was having tranny issues though, not sure if they straightened them out yet or not. I was not saying Chevy was unbreakable by any stretch. There are a few things I don't like about Ford suspension design and they don't seem to handle well under a load going down the highway. I like Chevy but have owned a Ford, if I have my choice it's Chevy because I have had a few and they were all very good trucks. Our current family vehicle is a 96 Silverado 4X4 with just over 120,000 trouble free miles and I ask that little 1/2 ton to do things no half ton should have to do.
