Got acouple of Fords right not. Problems with them would be minor but the unwillingness of the dealer to repair the problems makes the situations worse. Usually have to take the vehicle back 3 times before they repair it properly. I have even taken in paper copies of Fords TSB's to get them to repair things. A there were a few things that suddenly could be repaired after the warranty expired. The transmission failed right after the warranty expired, had been in for that 3 times prior. Sent a strongly worded letter to all the key managers and owner of the dealership and every complaint I had was repaired free of charge including the transmission.
I've vented, I feel better now.
