My Honda Element had 206,000 plus when I sold it last Nov (had it four years ), the new has 28,000 now. My first Honda, a 86 Prelude Si had 157,000 when I sold it, the 92 Accord EX Coupe had 134,000 when sold, and the 95 Prelude Si had 155,000 when sold. All got new and no troubles with any of them.
My 81 VW Scirocco had 145,000 when I sold it ( trouble free, was broadsided ),my 84 Rabbit had 171,000 and the latest, a 2001 Jetta 1.8 Turbo has only 28,000 ( I use my company vehicles mostly, now ). All trouble free.
