Fastdude, one of our Swedish members, has done it on his bike, he said 76hp. 
On that same note though Frank has the BB kit with higher compression , better carbs,over size valves and I think his ports were done too (not sure on that last one) and 64 HP is less than some stock bore bikes with minor changes. I would have thought at the leat 70 HP. Maybe still need some work on jetting those carbs and find the right exhaust.
