I carry a stack of my dealer's business cards with me.. Everytime I get into an "ooh ahh" conversation, I hand one out.
Beyond the old timers striking up a memory lane conversation, I've been approached by a few women, both young and old... some of the comments are clueless and funny but the main attraction is the bike - it sure as ****** ain't me.
I get a lot of intersection comments like the one this past Sunday from a guy in a pickup truck with HD stickers all over the back window - "What year?" - 03 - "Nice, real nice. I'm glad they're making them again" - me too....
I even had a cop pull me over into a shopping center parking lot once. He just wanted to check the bike out. He loved it. I reached slooowly into my jacket and gave him a card..
