I know there are some on here that have very good relations with their dealers and are privy to things going on in the Triumph world. I heard yesterday from a dealer I visited that sometime this fall Triumph will come out with a bunch of quick relaes items for our bikes. Any truth to that? Or is it one of those fantasy rumors like the ****cc bike. It would be great if they did.

I hope so, I'd prefer quick release for my windscreen and standoffs.

I have heard that Memphis Shades makes a quick release for TBAs, but I've been to their site and I don't see one.

A quick release windshield is a very nice thing. I have the Memphis Shades "Fats" screen. You need mount #MEM9907, which fits up to the '06 fork tubes. It is not listed as a Triumph application. Here's some details on my install: Memphis Fats Windscreen thread

Yep, MS makes them for our bikes but it is not listed on their site. But not available for the 07+ bikes because of the tapered forks shrouds. Still working to find a fix, not easy unless you buy a whole slug of them and find one that happens to fit. That was actually how we know what works on the older bikes. Someone bought one and it fit! I have the right ones for pre-07.

Got a Memphis shades Pop Top, takes one minute to put on, 30 seconds to take off. I like it as I don't care for windshields in town, but do prefer one on the highway.

That part number is the application for only the FATS screens. The Pop Top or other of their "sport shield" line use a different mount. I can't remember the bike both lines fit - Maybe it was a Suzuki Marauder? Might also be in the tech vault. Quote:

I knew they were going to do it - I told them to a year ago in the survey they sent me. Unlike my wife, they know to listen to my advice!!!

I would like a quick release trailer hitch for long camping trips, so I wouldn't have to leave the hitch on the bike.

I would definitely consider buying something like that.

I mean that would release at the attachment points like Easy Brackets do so the bike looks clean when not towing anything.

I'd be willing to pay waaayyy too much for this convenience! Have had to replace a couple of bolts already with my almost weekly changeouts.

Fasteddy, is it just the Fats that is removeable? I can't tell from the descriptions on your site. I find the Fats to be too big looking and prefer the looks of the Ally Cat.
