On my Ipod I used a set of Sony noise cancelling headphones and installed them into my helmet. Too a bit of desoldering and resoldering but the results were great. No discomfort from having in an earbud in all day..and no reduced hearing when the system is off. Clipped the Ipod to the side of my lid and off I go.
