Any good recommendations for motorcycle trailers? Would like real tires on it if possible.

I might have a cool one for sale that belonged to my friend. Has a pull out ramp that slides in and out under the floor, real tires, metal Triumph logo on the wind break on front, chrome rails, diamond plate floor, and the wind break is also set up to hold tool/small cargo. Single bike trailer.

Thats funny. Just want one for taking the bike back to VT to visit the family but still having the Jeep with me and all my creatures comforts. Weather is always iffy to ride 4 hours with all my kit and the spousal unit.

I just bought a 5 X 10 wooden deck utility trailer w/15" wheels and a full width drop down loading ramp. Cheap ($800) & functional. Putting on a front chock today and will probably add a storage box for "stuff". This thing tracks much better than the 4 X 8 bike trailer w/10" wheels that I used to use. Easier to push around when unhitched (but still loaded) too.

Measure twice, buy once. I almost picked an 8' deck out of habit, but found I needed just a little bit extra to keep the raised ramp from hitting the fender of the America.

If you don't feel like buying a trailer, rent one from U-haul. I think they even have bike trailers in some locations.

I have a 5x8 utiliytrailer with 15inch wheels also...found I could only load one bike as to width of bars and bags ,etc.I had the trailer for 4 years and the bike for one year...after thoughts are that I wished I had bought 5x10 and could trailer two bikes by staggering 2nd bike ..mine has a double gate that becomes a ramp but the top section hits the fender as you said so I built a 2x4 platform for rear tire to sit on..I hope this raises rear up enough for top section of gate to latch,,if not will use bottom only and bunge top section to side.5x10 is great choice and I compliment you on good decision!!!

life is good..I am retired..sold my America in 2008,bought a Rocket and sold that in 3/2013 and now own a new Triumph Bonneville T-100

Still have it and used it for a long time (until we got Janet's T100). It's an excellent product and holds our bikes without a problem. The only 'problem' that I can find with it is the rigid axle. All I can say is SC on I95 sucks, trailer or not!

However, the fact that it only takes about 2'x2'x4' (HxLxW) space in a truck bed and is very well made sold me. I'd bet it would also fit in the back area of a Jeep also.

I have the 5x8 utility trailer from Lowes. It was 750bucks and it fit my speedy with apes and my friends Ninja with no problem. It also has a drop down tailgate.

if you do get a trailer that is not strictly for bikes, get a chock for the front wheel and mount it. it will make loading and unloading a breeze a one man job and you dont have to compress the forks much (so its easier on the springs) and it locks it in. i recommend the condor, it should be around 70-80$$ but well worth the money.

ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!
