Has anyone ordered any parts from this web site? I ordered some mirrors and turn signals more than a month ago and have yet to receive the parts, and they never return my calls or e-mails. I even got a hold of someone 2 weeks ago and they said they had the parts and they were going out, but nothing yet, and no answered calls or returned messages or e-mails. I don't think I'll be doing any more business with them, and I won't recommend them to any friends.

lil post hijack huh, british customs has terrible communications, seems like you need to be in direct contact with carlos to get decent service from them. he seems like a really nice guy but i have never got anything from them because of there lack of communication. when i ever had a problem with any orders from newpeedmaster i would pm brent and everything was always taken care of quickly

If they dont pony up the goods, call your credit card ( if you used one ) and have them revoke the transaction, get your money back.

I think the primary difference is that you just whine about something that happened years ago and he's giving specifics about something currently happening. Maybe you should type up your entire version of the story and every time someone asks about another vendor, post that as a reply. Then maybe Brent can post his version and people can judge for themselves.

The other difference is that I can't remember ever hearing anything good about British Customs but the vast majority of stories about Newspeedmaster are positive.

I will 2nd both of those guys, Eddy goes the extra mile to be sure and Bella Corse did too when I was ordering shocks to lower Wendys bike. Didn't really know what I needed and described the conditions to him and he came through with what I needed.

My experience buying from Eddy was excellent, he does go the extra mile. I'll be going back for sure.

2 big for both Brent and Eddy. Have ordered several times from both of them and always had great service and lightning fast shipping from both!
I've also had good service from 'Da Boogieman at Street Boogie Accesories.

Tried to order from britishcustoms one time but their form wouldn't accept my card. I emailed them and got a reply right away and an 800 number but have never tried to buy anything else. Looks like they have a great lineup of parts. I'm sure at some point in time I'll get something from them.

I've made several orders from Brent without issue. I email him, he replies. Its like talking to someone I've known for years. If I've had a question about a product I feel like he has always been honest and candid in his responses.

Brent is a member of this forum. Is the guy at british customs a BA.com member?

I've ordered from both British Customs & from Brent - found both good in terms of they shiped out everything in good time but the comms from Brent & Jessica were excellent & give you that sense of knowing your order is valuable & is being looked after.

I've ordered three separate times from Brent and have received nothing but great service. Every vendor, and admittedly some more than others, will have glitches in their businesses. It's how they respond that makes or breaks their reputation. I haven't had any experience with BC, but Brent has a loyal customer in me for now. My two cents.

Just talked to Vinnie at british customs and he said some of the parts were back ordered and they went out this morning. About the same thing they told me last time. Hopefully it works better this time.

I just ordered some mirrors from british customs. I was a little surprised it took a week for them to get my stuff out the door. I run a business and we ship stuff the same day.
Newspeedmaster was quick to ship...Now if we could only work on the darn post office!! 2 weeks, are they using a pack mule still!?!

I got my beadie little eyes on a tach over at Eddy's, gonna have to see what he's like, I hear he's quick.

Bought loads from them for my Thruxton, never had a problem. Bought from Brent and Mike, never had a problem.

Alot of the problem is that we don't ride Hondas. Sometimes the venders have to wait for production runs. Anyone around here in 03 can remember the long waits for Team Triumphs Septre pipes.

I have previously purchased through British Customs. Had no issues. Recieved the correct product, shipping was prompt, no complaints here. I would definately purchase from them again.

I got a tracking number from fedex so they must be on the way. I don't mind if it's back ordered and going to take a while, but return my calls and e-mails and let me know.

I have purchased from Brent and BC. Both had great service. No problems at all. Haven't purchased from Eddy yet.
