You know, I was thinking about that just recently.
I wouldn't be surprised if the technology was lying around, just waiting to be introduced.
I also wouldn't be surprised if all this talk about oil reserves is just BS and that producers, oil companies and governments aren't just making the most of it.
My own feeling is that the earth still has massive untapped oil reserves.
