Mine goes back a long way, High school days, had an accedent
that required me to wear a patch over one eye for several months. Kids being kids and my real first name being Jack.
Started calling me "one eye" or "cyclops" it evoled into
"One Eyed Jack" after the playing card. Some people who know me from years past will still at times greet me with "Hey one eye".
