My personal experience with the freak kit is to also pay attention to the pilot jets. Normal cruising speeds use more idle jet than main, and these bikes are set really lean from the factory. Depending on your altitude, I think 45's are a good starting point, but you need to see what you have installed first and then increase one step at a time. Also the air mixture screws can have some affect, but if you have too small pilots, you will still run too lean even with the screws wide open. A simple test is throttle response at normal highway speeds. If there is a lag when you blip the throttle, pull out your choke slightly and try it again. If the lag disappears, you're lean, and need to up the pilots a step. I just changed mine and it's like riding a whole new bike. Hope this helps. Just remember, there is no "default" setup, each bike and rider and altitude are different, you have to find what works best for you.
