Just wondering how many people on here are members of an MRO? Be it the AMA or other? National or State? I thought it may be a good idea for a post like this in order to inform anyone that may be interested in joining an organization that lobbies for the rights of motorcyclists. Personally I'm a member of the Modified Motorcycle Association (MMA) http://www.mma-az.org/membership.html , which is a state specific organization. I'm also a former member of the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) http://www.amadirectlink.com/ , which is a national organization.

I belong to ABATE of Ohio. I need to renew my PA membership. I have been to many PA ABATE functions. Mostly around Gettysburg.

Over here in Britain, we have two main MRO's - MAG and BMF I am a member of MAG, purely cos it seems aimed more at riders of the type of bike I like, although they are trying to get a wider membership base. For £20, there is no reason why any rider in this country shouldn't join. On a slightly different note, I am also a member of NABD - just hope that I never need their assistance!!

Hey Nobby I posted a link to the Bike Channel I found on the BMF page. Pretty cool stuff there. I put it in the lounge and of course gave you credit for it. Hope you dont mind.
Well to bad if you do ...you cant punch me from there
The percentage you're paying is too high-priced
While you're living beyond all your means
And the man in the suit has just bought a new car
From the profit he's made on your dreams
