+1 on the 18T. I put it on 6 months after I bought the bike and never looked back. Riding 2-up made me miss the 17T for easier and quicker starts, but the BB completely fixed that. I'm staying at the 18/42.
I heard they had changed the sprockets on later models. Does anyone know what front/rear combination is on the new bikes?
