You know, that is one of the main reasons they forced metrics on you lot, to hide what they intended to do to the price of fuel and other liquids.

In the US, petrol prices have gone into ridiculous mode, but diesel has gone up even faster. I don't understand that because it is easier to make, so it should still be cheaper. Of course, it doesn't help that the tax on diesel fuel is some 30% higher. That doesn't make much sense to me because most diesel burners are critical to the economy, so they should be getting a break instead of the proverbial shaft.
