Which states are the cheapest?....it seems like South Jersey is consistantly cheaper than anywhere in the tri-state area (NJ,PA,DE)I think we're $3.05-$3.15 a gallon for regular last time i was at the station (which means nothing cause that was a week ago)
I do live 5 miles from sunoco and mobil refineries, does that matter?
