If you haven't found one yet, I have one from my "05 America sitting in my garage. It's missing a cover bolt 'cause I stripped the head on it but it shouldn't be too hard to replace. I'm willing to donate it if you pay the shipping. It should take a week and cost about $100.00 CAD (around 50 pounds) to get it there. At least that's what the caliper cost to ship over.
