I must admit I don't celebrate St Georges day as it's generally a non event and has no meaning.

I'm not too sure of where St George came from, but lets face it we'll take any old foreigner, wrap a flag around them and celebrate their "Englishness".

For reference look at our football, rugby and cricket teams. Oh and don't forget the royal family.
