No ~~ not the animals that fly
No ~~ not one shot under par
I was just feeling a little nostalgic and checked ebay to see if they had any Birdwell Beach Britches (Birdies). Only a few pairs ~~ size 30 & 32 (I out grew that in college ~~ 20 + years ago).
Did any of you ever have a pair of Birdies? I know they still make them in So Cal.
Dwight????

With all due respect Reverend, But if you persist in that kinda' talk we may have to ask you take that line over to the nearest "one-size-fits-all" V-Twin forum. Ohh, 34's here, 32's 20 years ago jh

At the doctor's advice ~~ I am trying to lose weight. Right now I would be happy dropping back down to a 36 ~~ I am a 38 now. By the way I was a 34 my senior year in college ~~ the year I didn't get a lot of playing time on the soccer team.

Sorry Rev, never owned a pair as far as I can remember. I was more the "Hang-Ten" type, I guess. But yeah, I think a whole lot of the beachware back then was made right in SoCal. (now of course it's probably all made near the sunny shores of Bangladesh, Sumatra, and "all points east", dude!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Eeh! Don't worry about it, Wade. "Your" not the only one to call attention to some of the misspelling that goes on around here occassionally, ya know.
I've made a few jokes around here myself about some the misspelled comments by others over the years.
(I guess I wasn't very "awear" when I typed that, huh?!)
