Welcome to the site! Thats a great story, and a great bike. We'll have to get together for a ride sometime. Maybe we can can meet up with Tmax (He's in Miller Grove/Cumby area) sometime at the East Texas Burger Co in Mineola. I'm always looking for an excuse to ride down there for some fried pie! Come to think of it, we rode through Diana the last time we went to the Lake of the Pines British Bike Rally a couple years ago. In fact, I think that's right about where we got lost....
