I wouldn't be caught dead on a stock HD cruiser. They call the speedmaster a cruiser but I don't see it that way. Was it affordable, yes and for the money it is much more than the sportster. However as soon as I got the bike home I started making it mine. That's what I love about this bike. It can be dressed up with all kinds of chrome and bags and windshields or stripped down bobber style with ape hangers and it looks like it was just born that way.
