Thats some what ironic. When i was growing up and first got into bikes the only people I knew riding British bikes were Greasers, or other slightly unsavory characters.

I got into Hondas, Because as the saying goes. You meet the nicest people on a Honda. It was later, after i had become hooked on these two wheeled machines, that i learnt to appreiciate British machines. But never brought one. Had numerous Jap Bikes and a few Beemers. Loved all of the Multi Cylinder Triumphs from the 'Reborn Triumph' days. When i decided i wanted to slow down and get a crusier i went looking at several bikes and the first time we (the wife and I) saw the Bonnie America. We both new. Thats the one. The rest, as they say, is history.

As for HD's. I like them a lot. But for the price. No way.
