Weird week, bought my wife a birthday present for her bike
took it in to get it installed (trust me I could not handle this one) but they ordered the wrong mount. So after driving to the dealer on her Honda 750 Aero,I was kinda stuck with it.So I road around on it gotta say it isnt a bad bike at all,bit under powered, but easy to ride and perfect for her.
Now next, there has been a Harley Following me around,
Soft Tail delux, no matter where I go, one shows up. Trying to get me to buy it,now for the weird part. Someone trades one in, and im the one putting the number on it. Freaking 06 toyed up just right and only 2900 miles on the thing. Rode it loved it and here is the bad part its now parked in the showroom right in front of my office, looking at me lustingly (the slut) . So all day long this freaking thing is asking me to ride it.
Back to Suzies bike the right mount comes in. Son and I take it to the dealer yesterday and we get it installed. What is it you ask?? Honda made speaker system Man is it cool .Robert and I spent the rest of the day riding her bike singing. The thing works great volume goes up and down as the road noise goes Ipod works great with it. So I spent yet another day not riding the Triumph.
Back to the Harley
Today I ride the America to work, she backfires when I start her so I know she is ticked at me. Now as I sit here writing this she is outside in the rain looking in the showroom and the Harley is still parked all warm a cozy inside just outside my office where Im typing this. Going to be a long ride home

I dont even want to talk about the price stupid money.
Guy at the parts counter said they sold one to a Harley guy who made it fit, but it took the tech over 2 hour to install it on the bike it was made for,and there was a ton of cussing going on and he kept dragging other techs to give hime a hand. So i cant imagine how long it would take to jimmy rig, but the unit looks and sounds great. Trust me I was jealous that I didnt have one after I played with it
part number 08A08-9H1-000 the mounting kit is sold seprate gotta make sure you have both

I saw that Honda Speaker system in the Honda brochures and had the same thought, I wonder if it will fit on our Triumphs. It looks good and has to be better than the ipod ear pieces I use.

So, hears an idea. This weekend, pop into your garage, wrench it off your good ladies bike and hook it on to yours. Take detailed notes (and pictures) and then report back to us.
