Having just passed the MOT, I checked with them and found out that - as I have bar end indicators which can be seen from the rear - I don't need rear indicators

Does anyone know what needs to be done to remove the rears and still have the front ones working properly?

Can I remove the wires from the relay, or do I need to wire resistors across the live wire and earth on the rears?

On a negative side, I was also told that small number plates will be made illegal by next year and they will have to be as near upright as possible !!

Thanks for any suggestions

Cheers

Steve

Are the bar end indicators LED? if so the modifications for them would be sufficient. Just terminate the wiring in the license plate housing. If they are not LED, the simplest way I can think of is a solid state flasher, it doesn't depend on load to operate. If I am wrong don't wait to chime in..anybody..
