The bikes (ours) are in many ways the cream of the Triumph crusier line. The Rocket 3 is fast and in many ways a great bike but is FUGLY beyond belief. If UGLINESS is next to GODLINESS than and only then can the Rocket be considered beyootiful.
On a recent RAT ride with the Tucson RATS my bike was the only Triumph cruiser there in a sea of Rockets, Sprints, sportbikes, Thruxtons and a standard Bonnie.
An old school biker aboard his Road King pulled in next to us to park and after viewing all those Trumps he spoke carefully and with conviction.."Only one of this bunch I'd own is that Black Beauty Over There" He was, of course, pointing at my Black Speedmaster.
You cant go wrong with the TBA and Speedie. They are not the fastest or in possession of great torque nor horsepower but they have a class and notable look that is unsurpassed by the rest of em.
