Mine wiggled a bit, until I made a bracket that tie them together back behind the taillight. Granted, that slows down the quick release feature by two extra nuts, but I'm probably running much heavier bags on easybrackets than just about anyone else and didn't want the extra wobbly stress on the posts bolts.
