I presume registration means you have something similar to our MOT, where they check your bike is road worthy?
No.....here the registration is simply a tax you pay every 2 years. There is no inspection. Unless the vehicle is over 20 years old, Or if you are registering a composite bike(home made chopper), Then they check it out to see if you meet regulations.
Other wise you just hand them the money and they stamp your paper and issue a sticker for your plate.
