Have torn my engine apart and getting ready to ship the cylinder out for the machine work. I called Wiesco and Seely Engine & Machine in Stanely, NY (Dinqua's Machinist). I had this idea of sending out the head also to have some porting and polishing done while the thing is tore apart. I've done some research and concluded that the money sunk into head work may be better spent on Carbs for the gain in HP. I'm not looking to break my bank account or I'd do both. Ive pretty much also concluded that the stock carbs are junk regardless what you do to try to improve them. Any inputs or ideas would be appreciated.
