Oh the stock caps will lock alright,,just over tighten once.
Sorry that wasnt helpful was it? But if your reason for wanting a locking cap is to prevent gas thieft, Keep in mind
it takes abbout 10 seconds to yank the fuel line off the petcock, attach a foot of tubbing and drain the tank dry.
And well if I was gonna steal gas out of a bike thats the way I'd do it.
