The front fender is a harley 21" softail fender. Cheap as chips on e-bay and all steel. You just need to re-bend the mount arms to suit (bend them out at the top, and then bend them inwards to the width of the fork tubes) and re-drill the bolt holes to suit the height you want. After it fits you trim 15mm off the bottom to remove the old mount holes and your good to go.
Note: the 21" fenders only just cover the width of the tyre, so you may get a bit wetter on your lower legs when riding in rain but your going to get wet anyway!
