Apparently, Ray, HRH can only be Duke of Lancaster, if Lancaster is outside the 'Realm of England'. Uggghhh? So what does that say about the status of Lancaster? Like I said to Eric above, the UK Constitution is a right old "dog's breafast" and no wonder the buggers don't want to write it down on paper!
