The TORs you have I have seen before and don't lend themselves to gutting very easily. You have to remove that tube and the packing and thats not an easy task. Might have to go in the header end and carefully try and knock the baffle plate loose on that end being very careful not to knock the reducer cone out. Regular stock pipes have a series of baffles with a very small amount of packing behind mesh only maybe 1/8" thick and you can remove 1 baffle at a time without messing with the packing. Good luck.
