I've heard of TORS with baffles but mine are straight through pipes. I ran them a few thousand miles and put the stock pipes back on-something about the tone (and the volume) just bugged me. So I think you could remove the baffles and the TORS would function okay-BUT some other pipes sound better in my opinion.
