I don't think that access to health care should be a luxury, like fine dining, vacations, and nice cars (or bikes ),it's a necessity of life.

If you don't feel a moral obligation to help those who are sick and unable to see a doctor, look at the economic implications. Productivity is hurt, morale goes to the pit when ones is stressed out over health problems. Poor health probably leads to worse health and apathy.
