I agree on the snorkel, you won't notice anything if you dont adjust the rest of the circuit. Air can only enter as fast as it can get out and more air means you need more fuel. Not sure what version of TOR you have but just drilling the last baffle full of holes shouldn't makr much difference but just putting the TORs on you probably should have bumped your jets up slightly. I agree with maybe the 125 and open the mixture screws some.
