Och....you are a nightmare.
A 3HW was built by Triumph, specifically for the British Armed Forces during WWII
It's a 350 ohv single, and amongst Triumphs is annoying....sorry unique for the time as the cylinder head and rocker boxes were cast in one piece.
Mine is not like the pic above...but the old man's is. His is khaki, mine is black with chrome bits. Bit like my Americas really....I've had questions as to whether I'm gonna return to military get up...no, as if I want one like that I'll borrow my dad's!
And I do have a pic of mine in photopost.....  And I'll do a post about it soon....once it's mot'd and registerd.
