I am so mad at myself right now I cant stand it. I hit the back of a bus today. My pride is the worst for the wear. I was going pretty slow, just got distracted. So now I need to know what the best replacement head light / bucket is. I didnt break it and it still works, but its dented on the bottom. I also need to replace the clutch lever, so what bikes have a cross fit or where do i find one w/ out paying a idiots ton of money. I still can use the broken one to get around, but it looks like crap. I also put a scrape on the top of the fender, but ill worry about that later.

As always thanks for the support this site has always had for me and everyone else!

LOOKED ON IT CLOSER TODAY, I dont need to get a whole new light bucket, just the outter ring part that holds the lenze. main bucket not messed up

Lighten up buddy, don't be so hard on yourself...Crap happens. Look at it as a relatively inexpensive lesson. Could have been worse...Glad your alright...

$166 for a pinwall headlight? I'd give the money to triumph.

No prob, they just keep a fair quantity of parts in their eBay store, not everything is going to be well priced. You could go to bikebandit.com instead just to get the representative factory pricing which looks to be around $205 for starters...

Just a little "voice of experience" here.... you may have "tweaked" your front end.
Raise the front wheel off the ground slightly. Loosen up your front axle and the pinch bolts. Re-torque the front axle bolt. Lower the bike and put it on the side stand.
Pump the front forks a few times and then re-torque the pinch bolts.
60 nm on the axle. 20 nm on the pinch bolts.

More flags More fun!

At least you managed to tell the tale of the day you hit a bus so thats a positive.

I bet loads of people on here have made daft errors of judgemant so don't feel so bad mate. I know I have made more than my fair share of mistakes that had something to do with the laws of gravity, observation and perception and the laws of physics and dynamics.

Glad you are ok though.
