Gone and did it, as long as I have been a superviser I have never let anyone go when I was mad, broke that streak yesterday. We have a quota and we are close, been more stressed then usual, and I have a new guy working for me that thinks he knows everything.Over the last few weeks when I have tried to coach him through something he didnt want the help, been at our store a whole three weeks so therefore he knew everything. Came to pass yesterday he was working a deal and he was on the wrong car for the persons budget and credit limitations. When I went into the office to try and get him out of the mess he created,he started mouthing off to me. He was complaining about another salesman stealing his guest and he was going to "take care of him" later over it. Hit the wrong button with me and I started yelling, now understand I havent yelled at a salesman in over three years. But man I even through the FBOMB at him. Things got worse from there and lets just say he left in a huff and unemployed. I have to say in highnsight I handled this wrong, but the result was correct one. I cant wait for this phone call to the owner saying how unprofessional I am, going to be a fun Monday
There are days that I love my job, but this past week I really have hated it, maybe its time for a change
