Thanks guys for all the compliments. I reckon we'll have to have an international TBA/Speedie meet in Cornwall one day. The pleasure will be all mine. Plenty of good roads here that are well suited to our bikes with coastal scenery on all sides. It would be good, for once, to be part of a group of Triumphs as here in Cornwall most of the cruisers are Hardleys.

Is it possible to ride a US bike (with US license plates and Bubs) around the UK or Europe? Or would a Yank have to get some special license plate? I also wonder if "The Law" would recognize the international Drivers License motorcycle endorsement?

If shipping wasn't too pricey, I'd love to have the opportunity to ride my bike around Europe. And seeing those great pics of Greece, I'd love to ride over there.

Come to think of it, I wish I could take my bike "down under" this summer (yeah, I know it'll be winter then).

So, can we ride a US tagged bike overseas?
